Resources to Make Your Stay Comfortable

For our current residents we have a complete set of tools and procedures to make your stay with us more comfortable and rewarding. Use your tenant portal to submit any maintenance requests or pay your rent.

MAINTENANCE INFORMATION

Simply fill out the form on your tenant portal and we will address your maintenance issue. If it is an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call (405) 996-8987 ext 2.

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

IMPORTANT

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the repair. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by you negligence or misuse will be paid by you.

VENDOR ACCESS

When a maintenance request is made we will assign a vendor to make the repair. The vendor will call you directly to schedule an appointment. It is your responsibility as the tenant to ensure the vendor has access to the property by meeting them during normal business hours. Overtime and weekend rates must have prior approval from OKC Homes 4 You. If you are unable to make an appointment during normal business hours, you can authorize OKC Homes 4 You to check out a key to the vendor.
